Refund Policy

This policy applies to tickets and reservations purchased through lacasitabk.com for events presented by Pulse Hospitality Group ("La Casita BK").

All Sales Are Final

Because we plan capacity, staffing, and bar inventory around confirmed sales, all ticket and table sales are final and non-refundable, except as described below. Tickets are valid only for the specific event and date purchased.

If We Cancel or Reschedule

Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you were charged more than once for the same order, or charged in error, contact us and we will refund the duplicate or erroneous charge.

How to Request a Refund

Email info@lacasitabk.com with your name, the email used at checkout, and your order details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

If you have an issue with a charge, please contact us first so we can resolve it. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in losing access to future events.
