These Terms govern your use of lacasitabk.com, your purchase of tickets, and your attendance at events presented by Pulse Hospitality Group ("La Casita BK," "we," "us"). By using the site or buying a ticket, you agree to these Terms.
All events are 21+ with valid government-issued photo ID, no exceptions. This applies to every event, including the early dance experience. Entry may be refused if valid ID is not presented.
We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest, without refund, for intoxication, harassment, violence, illegal activity, fake ID, or any behavior that endangers others or staff. Searches may be conducted as a condition of entry. Alcohol is served only to guests 21+ and may be refused at staff discretion.
Attendance is at your own risk. Nightlife events involve loud music, crowds, lighting effects, and alcohol. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pulse Hospitality Group and its venue, staff, and partners are not liable for personal injury, lost or stolen property, or indirect damages arising from your attendance, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the ticket.
Events may be photographed and recorded. By attending, you consent to being included in photos and video that may be used for promotional purposes without compensation.
Lineups, schedules, and venue details may change. If we cancel an event, refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
All La Casita BK and Pulse Hospitality Group names, logos, artwork, and site content are our property and may not be used without permission.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Kings County, New York.
